The Huntsville Stars are now the Biloxi Shuckers. The name beat out the Shrimpers, Black Jacks, Beacons, Mullets and Schooners in a public vote.
The Milwaukee Brewers’ AA affiliate was sold by former owner Miles Prentice last winter for a reported $14 million.
Despite the move to Biloxi, there is a chance the team could begin the next season in Huntsville due to stadium issues in the new city.
